From PJ's upside down apple pie to our world being turned upside down!

Most of you know that Bryan is in Williston, ND working.  He is enjoying the work but missing his family (that would be US!)  We're missing him too.  He left on July 11, went through MN to deliver the Harley to his brother and to pick up a truck and RV, and then on to ND.  He arrived out there on the 18th, found a job, parked his RV and went to work on the 18th.  70 hour weeks are keeping him occupied.

PJ is driving skidder for Charles and staying at Mama's and Daddy's house.  I haven't really seen him much all summer.  He did take me out to Red Lobster for my birthday.  WHAT A TREAT!  He decided crab legs were not worth the effort for the amount of meat you get. LOL  PJ is anticipating his Daddy Chuck getting back from Afghanistan shortly. (A big THANK YOU goes out to the 900th for your service and sacrifice for our country!)

Logan has played more video games and read more books this summer than he has his entire life!  There is nothing for him to do here with 4 little sisters.  Poor thing!  He has been very tolerant of us girls:o)  He's going to make a great husband and daddy one day.

The girls are missing their Dad.  Sierra said yesterday, "I need a tickle.  Nobody can tickle me like Dad."  Shelby wants to know if Dad will be back in "two weeks".  Shiloh and Savannah are keeping it all to themselves.  You can see they miss him.

Sierra has taken it upon herself to learn Spanish.  She is chanting "Uno, dos, tres, cuatro, cinco" and repeat.

Savannah lost a dear friend to cancer right before Bryan left.  Mr. JC Dykes has gone to be with Jesus.  When Bryan and I told her that Mr. JC had passed, she said, "That's okay, Mama.  Don't cry.  Mr. JC is in heaven and he's not hurting any more.  He is HOME!"  Makes me tear up thinking how mature she has gotten over the past few months.

I'm keeping myself busy with purging, cleaning, organizing, and my school work.  Hopefully, I can get everything done and focus on my schoolwork and get it over with.

When you think of us, join us in prayer for:

Mr. Keith (Bryan's dad) is having hip surgery on August 29th.  Pray for his surgeons and for a quick recovery.  I know he will be well taken care of.

Our house in AL to sell and for Bryan to find us a place in Montana.  (Williston, ND and Sidney, MT are on the MT/ND border and 30 minutes from each other)  MT's homeschooling laws are much better than ND's.

That we will find a Spirit-filled church!

I'm praying that this will all take place before the 15th of August because:  Our post office dues are due the 31st, public school starts the 15th and my paperwork has to be in at the superintendent's office with in 10 days of school starting, I have to pay for my cover school (and I don't want to "waste" $200), our car insurance is about ready to be renewed and MT insurance rates and requirements are different from AL, the car tags are due this month, but  mostly because WE MISS BRYAN!

And most of all, that we are accepting of His will in our lives!

Thank you for your prayers and for keeping up with our crazy lives...

The KuhlMama
